The Valley Repertory Company will hold open auditions for their Fall 2023 world premiere of the two-act comedy, Saving Fairview on Tuesday, July 11th starting at 6:30pm.
It is the story of a small-town restaurant owner trying to help his community and save his deceased father’s business. He and his dedicated staff undertake various creative and hilarious attempts to raise the needed funds. The young man is motivated by previous memories of his late father, which are shared with the audience through poignant flashbacks. Just when all seems hopeless, his friends help him push through, and he learns a lot in the process.
Roles are available for two adult women, five adult men, a teenager (male), one adult role that can be either male or female, and a youth actor of any age and gender who can portray an 8 to 10 year old male. Auditions will be held in the Asnuntuck Community College Auditorium, 170 Elm Street, Enfield.
